MNGHT CO designs, manufactures, and sells handcrafted clothing, bags, fashion accessories, textile goods, stationery, notebooks, stickers, paper goods, and related lifestyle products.
Each product is created with careful attention to materials, craftsmanship, and functionality. As many of our products are produced in limited quantities or by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, fabric pattern placement, weave, stitching, or finish may naturally occur. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of the materials used.
## 3. Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Certain collections may be produced in limited quantities. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation email.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, you will be notified as soon as possible and any unavailable item will be refunded.
## 4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency.
Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the moment your order is placed.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable fees are calculated separately where required and displayed during checkout.
Customers ordering outside their destination country's customs union may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other governmental charges imposed by local authorities.

Acceptance of an order occurs only after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by MNGHT.

MNGHT CO does not store your full payment card information.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change over time.

Orders are prepared within the processing times indicated in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
## 8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in jurisdictions where consumer protection laws provide a statutory right of withdrawal may exercise those rights in accordance with applicable legislation.
For eligible purchases, products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
