# RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MNGHT CO, we believe that thoughtful products deserve thoughtful service. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

## 1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, unless an exception permitted by applicable law applies.

## 2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

* Be returned within the applicable return period.
* Be unused and in its original condition.
* Include all original packaging, accessories, and any complimentary items.
* Be returned with all original labels or tags still attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

## 3. Handmade & Limited Products

Each MNGHT CO product is created with careful attention to materials, craftsmanship, and functionality. Many of our products are produced in limited quantities or by hand.

As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, fabric pattern placement, weave, stitching, or finish may naturally occur. These characteristics reflect the individuality of each piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Such natural variations do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.

## 4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number.
* A description of the issue.
* Clear photographs showing the product and its packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, MNGHT CO will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable remedy.

For approved damaged or incorrect items, MNGHT CO will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

## 5. Return Shipping

For returns made under the standard right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If the return is approved because the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, MNGHT CO will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MNGHT CO cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit before they are received.

## 6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.

## 7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law:

* Personalised or custom-made products.
* Products altered at the customer's request.
* Gift cards.
* Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened or used.

## 8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, please return your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
